A friend of mine posted this on Facebook:
"Pecan chips + almond slivers + banana & strawberry slices + almond milk + cinnamon + coconut sugar = an amazing breakfast cereal!" I have to agree :)
This has been another of my favorite breakfast options of late. As you can tell from the picture, I've also made this with diced apple pieces, as well as plums or blueberries--or a combination of any of those! If you don't have almond slivers, you can cut whole almonds into halves/pieces with a good knife (I've been doing this almost every morning this week). This is basically how I made it--just throw handfuls of it all in a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and about 1 Tablespoon of coconut palm sugar, and pour almond milk over it...yummy!
