Substitutions

Whether you have multiple food allergies, or just have run short of certain ingredients in your kitchen, maybe this list can help. Recipe ingredients can often be substituted, especially in gluten free, sugar free cooking. Also, some websites use some uncommon ingredients. You may also have milk or egg sensitivities. But that doesn't mean you can't indulge. Unless otherwise noted, the ingredients here can be substituted cup for cup, or tablespoon for tablespoon. For some substitutions, liquids in the recipe may need to be slightly changed.
